Double Bass Looking for a wheel in Seville

I have a friend in Seville in need of a wheel, and the only one I've been able to locate over there is the crappy one (axle support on only one side, no flat on the shaft) from Thomann. Does anyone know where she could find a Gaines, Xeros, or other wheel that has axle support on both sides?

Any dealers in Europe with Gaines/Xeros? She has the Bass Buggie with the "improved" wheels, but they're so loud on cobblestone streets she's embarrassed to be moving her bass around late at night.

I haven't seen the Dictum wheel in person, but it looks fine to me, and the company is known for quality. Also, your friend would pay more in shipping and import fees if ordering from the USA than this thing costs.

I found a better pic of that wheel-the axle is supported on only one side. Not acceptable.

Many gas powered scooters do this to make it easier to fix a flat. If it works on them, then I think it should be fine for a bass wheel.
