Looking for B5R Pedal

I have the Ampeg B5R head, but I am still looking for the three button foot switch that goes with it. I bought the head on Ebay, but I didn't realize it wouldn't work with the pedals I have.

Anybody have any ideas where I can get the original pedal? The three buttons read "channel", "combine", and "octave". I can't seem to find one without buying the whole amp, which I don't need.

Thanks for your help!

I ran across a another site claiming this was the correct B5R pedal but I'm not so sure now:

I also found some other references that the correct pedal had its 3 buttons labeled "channel", "combine", and "octave" just like you said. I've seen it happen before and I was thinking the site selling the above linked pedal might have just posted the wrong pic on this ad... (you could probably email them to confirm their pedals labeling and plug(s) style)

To further complicate this mater, here's what the Ampeg online B5R manual (http://www.ampeg.com/pdf/B-5R.PDF) had to say about this subject:

(quote)

31. OCTAVE/COMBINE FOOTSWITCH: Connect a two button
footswitch to this jack for remote control of the Octave and
Combine features. The tip connection controls the Octave feature
and the ring connection controls the Combine feature.

32. CHANNEL FOOTSWITCH: Connect a single button
footswitch to this jack for remote channel selection.

So... If this is correct it sounds like most any generic 1-button with a TS 1/4" plug.
And most any another 2 button with a TRS 1/4" plug should control all functions here.
