I am visiting now in Paris and just wondering if there are some good contrabass shops in Paris. Also I am visiting other countries in a month. I would appreciate if you send here some information of contrabass shop in Paris and other places.

I am planning south Europe and Baltic states now.
I can give a couple suggestions, but I only know a few small luthiers, not big shops specialising in bass.
There are many music shops on the Rue de Rome, But no big bass shops. Nice sheet music stores, and many luthiers - mostly not bass though.
Jean Bejuy is a luthier on Rue de Rome that works on basses.

The bowmaker Boris Fritsch has his shop in Paris. He's fascinating.

These are the places and people I met with when I visited Paris a couple years ago. I ended up buying my bass from Tom Martin in England. I didn't find any shops like that in Paris.
