Its a good choice, the fuzzolo @AngelCrusher. I didn't see anyone mention it, but the Hookers is an OD to med gain. No fuzz to be had there. Either way, the fuzzolo should be great for what you want. I would love to hear it!!

I'm writing some riffs now in preparation for it's arrival.
I got the fuzzolo today. Very cool pedal. The thing people should know is you will want to set the jumper in the pedal for active even if you use a passive bass like I do. It sounded much better once I did that.
The fuzz is dialed up to maximum gain and it really creates a powerful square wave that just fills up the frequency space. My favorite setting is noon so far. A bit of gate.
This pedal is pretty much based on you going all in when you stomp it. It's not meant to blend or play nice. It's extremely expressive and works really well with an octave. If you want a huge buzzing synth sound this does it. Not sure how much I will use it yet, but so far im keeping it.
