Looking for Metal Knobs to match these....

knobministackb.jpg

I saw these in a post from Nino.

I'm hoping that somebody knows where to get metal knobs (single - not stack) that would match these in diameter? Or similarly small. They look smaller than the standard metal knobs - something I would definately prefer to these:

Or am I stuck?

They're replace the knobs on an Elrick with a Bart pre which have a small diameter.

Here's a pic of the Bart pre knobs to show the difference in diameter.

FWIW:

You might contact Nino.

Anyway diameter and height would be more informative than a pic in terms of size. No doubt the knobs are out there. There’s no standard in parts. Regardless of a set screw, different knobs have different diameter stem holes regardless of the size of the knob. Usually the smaller the knob the smaller the hole but I know for a fact Fender “makes” small knurled knobs in gold to fit a standard Fender shaft (as well as smaller shafts) for their deluxe pres.

Probably the luthiers forum would be a good place to check if you don’t get your answer here. Maybe allparts, stewmac, some of the larger suppliers.
