Looking for nice shortscale - Fenix (Young Chang)

Guys, I am new here, living in Czechia, playing guitar and looking for shortscale universal bass (for folk, rock, folklore). Thinking about Ibanez TMB-30 or GRSM20, however found this rare bass:

Honest basses but way too expensive. These were Korean entry models in the 90's. 200 at best.
What makes you think it' a shortscale ?

Forget the one being sold on Reverb. You will pay at least 120€ in shipping for it,probably more.

Once it arrived you would have VAT and import tax to pay on the bass+shipping+ any insurance.
