Looking for this Eighth Note or Sixteenth note study book...help!

Hi all
I am looking for a old bass study book on either eighth notes or sixteenth notes.
I have lost the cover over the years and there is not indication of the publisher or author in any of the pages that I have left of it.

If anyone who is familiar with it could clue me in to who the author and or publisher was that is my questuon. (Please and Thanks!)

Description:
There are two books, one for eighth notes and one for sixteenth notes.
It was specifically designed to be applied for bass players btw.

On page three it starts with talking about the possible 6 basic 8th note combinations...

and then shows them and then on page 4 it goes into the 72 possible permutations of them when fleshed out in a 4/4 bar. And then the hundreds of possible permutations if you add rests to the 72 combinations.

Then it also includes examples and pictures of the basic 4 string bass hand positions for playing the examples.

It is wonderful reading content and the other book is the same idea only for 16th notes... sound familiar to anyone?

Thanks

Not the one you're looking for, I don't think, but it's a rhythm reading book and it has 8ths, 16ths, and all kinds of triplets.
