If the posted vid is the one that I think it is, it shows how he uses two output jacks on his bass and actually splits the two halves of the P-pickup. One goes to a clean amp. The other goes to a dirty amp. Not sure I remember how the bridge pickup figures in.
Closest you can probly come is that I get the Billy ebs pedal. The new one looks more tweakable than the old one, but I think either would get you close enough.
One thing I didn't get when I looked at it the first time is the pedal has a clean loop side and a dirty loop side. Both have single input that splits via a special adapter cable. One plug splits into two so each side has a send and return.
the Billy pedal will let you do (essentially) what he does with the two amps and the two input jacks on his bass. No way it's gonna get you there perfect, and will also require something to create the clean and dirty effects for those loops, but the ebs pedal is probably the most efficient way to get you where you are wanting to go.
