Looking to return to it

Hi folks! Long time lurker, first time poster. I played a little bass many moons ago with my HS garage band, learning on a borrowed BC Rich Warlock before acquiring a Guild B-301. Life happened, and the Guild went to a pawn shop in the interest of rent one month. Now I am looking to get back to bass playing, as a hobby.

As much as I would love a good Fender P-Bass or Lakland to emulate my favorite players, I am planning to go with an Ibanez TMB-100, through an Ampeg or even a Vox headphone amp, for budget reasons.

Do it! I played in high school, took a hiatus and started back years later. Haven’t stopped since. ...coincidentally when I started back, I also used headphones due to lack of cash.
