lost me some weight!

thank you everyone! What I did/doing is cut back on a lot. I used to eat when I was bored, or mad or sad. Now I listen to music or play music. I also have that the same schedule as my boyfriend-you know how it is when you work in a bar-up all night, sleep all day. However, we used to go eat breakfast every night he'd get off his gigs. I am talking he works 6 nights a week (he DJ's and KJ when he's off from his band), and I would go out 5 of those nights too. We still go eat but not every night. When we do, we normally split a plate-which cost less and it satisfies the hunger. Other nights we grab a healthy snack, like fruit or a cup of yogurt. I also quit drinking all the time. That added up not only cost but calories as well. I do a lot of line dancing and booty dancing too lol!
I am almost 40, and I know how hard it is to loose weight after 30. I always struggled with the weight thing, then I got skinny (size 7, which is skinny for my big bones)-after two children..then got pregnant with my third and gained back plus some. I got to the point where I wanted my guy to see me skinnier (he loves me big or small) and wanted to look young and be healthier for him. Plus I have high blood pressure, so weight loss is a must!!
Yes, I posted pics cause I know the rules: no pictures: no weight loss...

Losing weight is hard, but keeping it down there is even tougher. I lost a similar amount in Autumn 2008, but ounce by ounce it's come back. So I just pressed the metaphorical restart button and I'm having another try. Going well so far - but then it ususally does at first.

Stay vigilant, lady, and keep at it lest you slip. ;)
