Lowest microphonic cable

I don't want to build, rather I would like to buy. Which cable should I look for from a vendor to get a low microphonic effect? I very much dislike the thump and clatter that results from cable movement.

Most good quality cables will be free from microphonics. Canare and Mogami are good brands of raw cable - but many brands of finished cables are not marked.

Unfortunately not true. Many expensive cables have surprisingly bad handling noise. It's as though the manufacturers think it's not important.
