Lull compared to Warwick

I am currently playing a Warwick corvette standard with Lindy Fralin Split Jass pickups and I am wondering what the tone difference would be compared to a Mike Lull M4J or V4 with the same pickups? I am trying to decide how much tone difference there would be from Warwick to a more jazz model in general from most of the other manufacturers. Any experiences are appreciated.

Not at all familiar with the Warwick, but the M5V comes standard with SD single-coil pups made to Mike Lull’s specs. So you’d have to buy the Lull and swap out the pups for the Fralins. It may not be a practical comparison to pull together.

I know I don’t want to mess with mine...

Their website says the 4 strings have lindy's and the 5's have Lull's but either ones would be fine. I am just trying to get some comparison ideas. Thanks

Ahh, that’s right. Didn’t observe that you were referring to the 4s.

Ive owned a Thumb bass and I currently own a V4 with Fralins. The warwicks all have a unique bite to them but id take my lull any day unless we're talking a dolphin bass from warwick. The Lull neck is super comfy and bass is very very light. Great range of tones too.
