Luna Andromeda Basses

I own one, the "Raven" or all-black version with pewter finish hardware.

Up-front let me say that it's a good bass for the money. I think mine was around $340 shipped with a gigbag.

Pros:
- it looks cool
- is VERY lightweight. Mine is right at 7 lbs.
- slim, comfortable neck. More of a C shape than a Jazz though.
- with a MM and J pickup config it sounds pretty decent.

Cons:
- I really really hate the bridge. Individual mount/saddle. I know it's "trendy" these days but I don't like it at all. Intonation is a real chore to adjust and string height will never go as low as I would like. The saddle height is adjusted kind of like a Warwick (set screw to hold the blade in place) but with a lot less travel.

- It's a little noisy, could be as simple as getting it properly shielded.

- The finish on the back of the neck is a little "unfinished" for my tastes. A proper sanding and oil finish should do it.

I look at it as a Future Project to try to correct the things that bug me. But I think with some tweaks it goes from being an "okay" bass (or very good cheap bass) to being a really comfortable and lightweight bass that feels and plays very nicely.
