Double Bass Machine head screw

Hi guys..
yesterday I retired my doublebass from the luthier for a setup and now a screw from a machine head has been missing..(no comment please)
The machine is a Irving Sloane and you can seen the screw..
Does anybody have an idea where I can find that screw? Who is the producer?

www.metmusic.com is the current distributor. There have been slight changes over the years in the sloanes but it is likely the screw youre needing will work with a modern replacement.
