You don't have your location filled in. That's the first thing that puts people off in quests like this one.
IMLE fabricating one-off or prototype parts require face to face planning. Parts made with only sketches available will result only ill will and grief, and either or both parties feeling ripped off. IMLE again.
If You have good blueprints, drawn by a skilled draftsman, designed by an engineer to be machineable, that's a different story. I bet there's plenty of machine shops that can help You then.

I've made parts that were sketched on a paper plate. Most machined components on a bass are very straight-forward and relatively easy to make.
1) New member ... unknown entity.
2) No location.
3) "email me at XXXXX for details" ... it just comes off kind of shady. "I'm looking for a partner/contractor to machine my new widget" would be better received. Being vague and secretive puts people off.

I'd make a wild guess that it's not the case here.
I see a 2Tek or a headless bridge in my mind, and both are unfeasible to manufacture for an outside customer. IMHO only of course.
