Mackie SRM150 question

Sorry if this is the wrong place.
I just bought one of these for cramped stage situations. Its a very capable little booger of a monitor. :D

Just wondering if anyone else who owns one can verify;
when turning, either input 1 or input 2, level up about 3/4 (or slightly more) the volume jumps immensely.
Of course Loud Technologies tech support is "in training" and I can't get hold of anyone. I worked TS for a couple of years and nobody with half a brain sends a whole dept. to "training". You keep the phones staffed at all times.

Its a long shot but I thought I'd try.

I've messed around with them a few times and never noticed any volume jump like that. is it something that can be dealed with? if not i know that tc helicon also makes a personal monitor that works really well. i actually prefer it to the mackie one, i think it sounds a little better. either way, can't say i've ever heard of that happening. i work at a guitar center so i might be able to get a hold of a mackie rep tomorrow. i'll see what he says about it.
