Though I was a bit nervous about trying it, I bought a fretless. I just couldn't pass up this deal. I got all of this:

...for $500. It's been kinda tough for me, but it's a lot of fun learning. I think I need to get another stand, cause I'm already considering the Corvette $$ to add to the "Wick" stash....

Congrats on such a great bass. Fretless Corvettes are quite impressive, you won't find anything that can match it at the price you paid! BTW, I have the $$ fretless.

I hope you enjoy that bass. The times that I have played Corvette fretlesses, I have been very impressed. They also seem to be pretty easy to play in tune also.

In the fretline position with an extra dot at the first fret which is nice.

I had one that I sold, and I put TI Flats on it. You don't get a ton of mwah with it, but I loved the feel and round thumpy uprightish tone I got.
