Madison gear GTG

The 7th is looking good for me, Pedro. Look forward to seeing you there.

You going to make it to the Lakland thing in Milwaukee tomorrow?

I have reserved to studios at the Madison Music Foundry for June 7 at 1pm. The studios are rented in 2.5 hour blocks for a cost of $40 per studio per block. I need to get an idea if anyone feels we need more time, and we need to really get a firm head count. If the #'s fall we can cancel one of the studios without problem so long as we do so with enough time for them to re-book the room.

Looking forward to see you guys there.

Pedro, just thought I'd quote this so folks popping into the thread can see the date/time and location. Only 6 days away! Any idea on the head count?

I'll be there.

I'll bring my pair of hotrods, a loaded SX and a MTD Heir nicely modded. And a soon to be coveted Sadowsky preamp. If there is interest, I can bring my main rig - Eden WT-400 and an EBS 611.

(pedro laughing at himself) I don't actually know what any of that is but sure looking forward to finding out.

Interceptor I'm looking forward to meeting you on Saturday.

LOL, Pedro, you kill me.:D SX is a budget line of basses that people have said really good things about, and some like to modify them. I've never had my hands on one, so I look forward to trying it. MTD is more of a boutique brand, lots of natural woods and such (I don't know that model, though). I assume the Sadowsky preamp is the type you put in your active bass (eh, is that called outboard?), and I'm sure you know Eden (WT-400 is one of their hybrid heads) and EBS (611 is one of their cabs).

Yeah, Interceptor, please bring your rig, too, if you can! I've only ever really tried one Eden product, a Metro combo.

As for me, I'm planning on bringing my '83 Fender '57 RI (see my AV), my Lakland Skyline Glaub with a Dark Star, a 12" Mesa Walkabout Scout combo and a 15" Scout cab. I might bring my Skyline Daryl Jones 4, too.
