Making a 4 button footswitch or having one built?

As a Red Panda Tensor user, I am itching to unlock the power available with the 4 button remote. Alas, Red Panda is a small operation and VERY focused on a new version of particle and it sounds like new remotes won't come available for many months. They suggested building it myself or getting one built.

I'm a novice w a soldering iron, but I can make my own instrument cables. How hard would this be to make myself? Where would you recommend I order parts from? Anyone here want to make a few bucks and make it for me? Or anyone have recommendations I can reach out to for such a project?

This is the type of switch you need: MOMENTARY (non latching), normally open
Momentary SPST NO "Soft-Touch"

And a long, skinny enclosure:
4S1032L 'Looper'(2.65" x 9.75" x 2.0")

I suppose you can use any enclosure that will fit the switches and be wide enough. If I built this, I'd probably put the resistors on a small piece of breadboard. An alternative is to wire the resistors "in line" and just cover the splice joints with heat shrink tubing.

The resistor values are given, and the instructions say to use 1% tolerance resistors. Any power rating (1/4 watt, 1/8 watt, ect) should work fine. I don't understand why the diagram shows a stereo (TRS) jack when the ring and sleeve terminals are wired together. It would probably work with a mono jack, but do it their way just in case.

You dont have any desire to build one and make a few bucks in the process do you?
 
FYI for something simple like this, make sure to get good quality footswitches.

I got some cheaper momentary that if you slightly push sideways while stepping, it double triggers. Not a huge deal for a page turning pedal with software that auto-ignores double triggers within .25sec of each other, but it'd probably cause issues for you here =)
