Malekko page said:The brickless, all-Malekko designed Spring Chicken replacement pedal-- The CHICKLET!
Boasting a super small size, less noise, and the super awesome "dwell" mod previously available as an option on the original Spring Chicken, this tiny reverb sounds HUGE! BUH-KAW!! All the great sound of a giant reverb tank in a small little pedal!
even i gotta admit this looks cool. seems to be a better implementation than the original SC

Damn these gas pains! Still want a spring chicken with the expression pedal input though.
Are you sure they ditched the exp. in on this one? The picture still has two little triangles on the right side like there are two inputs on there.
Your right. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.
I believe the top triangle is for the DC input.
Errr... To the best of my knowledge that would require developing an entirely new technology. Reverb comes from either large resonating materials (plates, halls, springs) or DSP imitations of those things. You could argue that an analog delay can be made to sound like a reverb, but there are plenty of analog delay pedals out there, so clearly that isn't what you've been looking for.
I wish I liked spring and plate reverb. I would greatly increase my cool factor. But I'll take digital reverb any day, and I'm not even kidding.
I must give it to you; you have some gumption posting in a thread in any way related to spring reverbs by Malekko.
