Mando/Reverend

Acoustic house jam at a friend's last night. Took my Roland Cube EX amp and EUB (Ibanez). On a whim, headed out the door, I grabbed my mandolin. Turns out, friend's neighbor showed up, saw my little bass amp and went and grabbed his Reverend Bass.

I've never seen one in the wild but have read about them here and always admired them. Neglected to get pics, but it is a beautiful instrument! Sounded good and a really competent pocket player.

Bonus was I got to jam with my mandolin which allowed me to sing a bit.
Kudos to Reverend- I was really impressed with the bass.

If the neck works for you, Reverend makes a solid instrument for sure! Sounds like a fun jam, too.

I scored a deal on a Reverend Wattplower and would now happily pay the MSRP.

My love for that Reverend bass is more than should be possible for an inanimate object.
