Well, I found this guitar in a store and I think it's Manuel Raymond, but the writing is completely erased and it's a pretty old guitar. I did a lot of research but I couldn't find much about it. What do you think, is it worth buying?

idk either but it looks nice and its almost 15 years old i think i can fix the shortcomings But what I'm really curious about is the quality of this guitar
Manuel Raymond sounds like some house brand that no one (certainly, not I) has ever heard of.

Manuel Raymond - ever see one?
Has anyone got info on these teles? I know they were made in Instanbul Turkey. I picked this one up while traveling overseas and it plays great. Wouldn’t mind another. :)

Mismatched pickups, yanked out frets and sanded off logos are just the cosmetic changes. Lord only knows what other changes have been made that can't be easily seen. I may love to tinker, modify and assemble parts-basses, but without getting a chance to actually tune and play it, I would avoid it.
In the grand scheme of things, there are just too many unknowns. It might be a hidden gem or it might be a colossal waste of money. There's no way to know until you actually play it.
