Hi folks,

I recently email the MB customer service because I couldn't connect my Super Synth to my Mac running OS 10.5.8, and a nice guy called Riccardo kindly answered me in the day. He provided me with advices and software materials to solve my problem. Actually the suggested procedure was not appropriate, but it truly helped me in finding the solution. That is to say : My own experience of the Mark Bass customer service is not bad at all !

There was a time when Markbass did all their warranty repairs by swapping out the heads.
