Hi everyone, I'm interested in purchasing these strings... Has anyone tried them? I'm currently using DR fat beams and wanted to understand what the differences are

I could not tell you. For $30 US, Its an easy test.Thank you very much! The mids are presents or these are midscooped like hi beams?
@GTHintz whatta ya know?Thank you very much! The mids are presents or these are midscooped like hi beams?
Well I tried them and honestly they weren't exactly what I wanted. They definitely are on the stiffer feeling side and to me they really resemble Warwick Black label stainless in both feel and tone. They are the kind of strings you want if you're after a smoother sounding string that's not really snappy or grindy sounding like say diadarrio pro steel or DR Fat beams. They are not as bright as some other steels out there. The main thing for me was they were pretty stiff and I couldn't really get them to sound the way I wanted. I like more flex and to be able to dig in and get a growly grindy tone. Aside from that they are pretty good strings though. They intonated and stay in tune well.@GTHintz whatta ya know?
I'd say they have mids but they weren't exactly standing out there like some other steels can. They really shine in having a full low and low mid presence. High mids and highs are fairly pedestrian. You'd have to really get some extra eq out of a preamp or amp settings.Thank you very much! The mids are presents or these are midscooped like hi beams?
