MarkBass LM II power question

I need a backup head and I was wondering about its power. I have two cabs, both 8ohms. One is a 600watts and the other is 400 watts! Could this head handle it? I know that it only has one speakon out on the back!

Power ratings on cabs have no relationship (or very little) to SPL and how much power is needed to drive them. At 4ohms, the LMII (and the just released LMIII) are, to most who have A/B'd them with other micro amps, at the top of the 'wump' scale IMO and IME!

Yep, it could definitely handle it. Two 8ohms would make a 4 ohm load. It would be putting out its "full" 500 watts. You will have to daisy chain the cabinets.
