Markbass reliability?

I may get an older MarkBass Little mark I (450 W @ 4 ohms)...

Any comments on reliability and performance on these older models?

you mean the old yellow one?

if yes,I have one as many other people in Italy where is pretty common, they're built like a tank, never a problem, the only issue I had it was because my drummer let the head fall on the floor, broken the volume pot.
Total reliability IMHO.

keep in mind they're heavier!!!

I notice in the picture you have foam under the head... is it because the amp ratlles when put on the cab? I ask because I had a used lm2 with this problem...
