The New York 121 is another good option. While I agree that the 121H is deeper when compared to a 121P, you should have plenty of bottom if you go the 121P/NY121 route.
If you like the yellow cone look (I do) the New York 121 cab is a perfect match for your 121P combo. And that way you will have the smallest, lightest, best looking rig.

If you don't mind a tad extra weight, get the 121H cab. Then, you will have more lows as well, truly. Don't add the 151P cab like I did to my 121H combo. I did that only because I'm gearing up for two 15s and a separate head. The 151P is piece #1, but it so happens that I CAN use it as an extension for now. No problems with it other than I'm limited by the 12" in the combo.
the bottom end will improve any time you add speakers, but the compatibility of non-matching cabs is very unpredictable, so soup, if you're dead set on not matching, at least try your combo out with the cabs you're considering if at all possible. The Epifani cabs mentioned by BASSIST are nice, too, and slightly bigger than the NY121.
I think you ought to go try your 121P combo with some speakers before you buy, to see what a small extension would do as far as bottom goes. Of course, it depends on how loud you need to play as well. I saw your combo at Guitar Center a few weeks ago. No NY121 cab, but you could've unplugged the speaker in it and used it as an extension for yours to give you some idea what the NY would sound like.
