That's definitely not a Martin, LOL.
That's the bass John used early in his career and I associate with his sound more than any other bass. It's a Pollman Busetto. I'm not sure what year it's from, maybe mid 60's-70's. It's always sounded great!
The Martin is only used on a few live concert clips of his from fairly recently, when he's traveling.
