Math: 45 + 90 divided by 2 = 95 (MXR Phase 95 MINI)

I got the 95 to replace my 90 and free up some board space. IMHO, it sounds different than my Block Phase 90 in the 90 setting. Not bad, just different. The peak is in a different spot and it's more compressed. My few years old Block 90 is bigger and more open sounding. I feel the Script button filters the phase sounds quite a bit. I kept it because the 45 setting can give a decent Leslie-type sound and it sounds cool running it into the Block 90. YMMV, of course.

Dont know if anyone noticed, but the "math" on the topic is actually wrong, 45 + 90 : 2 is not 95, not even (45+90):2, or anything similar. I guess 95 is what MXR came up with to put this pedal between the Phase 90 and 100 pedals.
Anyway... I just got it and it sounds sweeeet! I did a little spectrogram test showing 2 stage and 4 stage differences, if anyone is interested in watching
