Max Oleartchik on new Big Thief album

is totally killing me. So tasty and melodic and mixed higher than ever. This album is an instant classic and restores my faith in rock and/or roll. That is all.

I've always found Max's playing to be very tasteful and sophisticated, and his tone is gorgeous and perfect for the band. Their rhythm section is a big part of what sets this band apart IMO.
