Melodic Minor Song Request

Okay all you genius musicians out there... I want to pick out a piece that I can learn (probably on various instruments) and am wondering if any of these are familiar to you.... Any you like? I want something cool, challenging and b/c it's probably going to take a month or two to learn it :D I want it to be something "special". I think the following are all melodic minors...So how about it?

What do you think about the following tunes?

Haydn: Hungarian Rondo... it has 2 flats which means its in the scale of ....yep... that's right... (FYI: I have issues with flats...)

Beethoven: Piano Sonata, Op. 13 III..... it has three flats...(how much terror can I suffer in one day... why are they in flats!?)

Schubert: Waltz, Op. 18a, No. 5 D. 145* (this one has two sharps.. which is promising... but it's a waltz....I'd prefer to like the music I was learning...:D )

J.S. Bach: English Suite No. 3, BWV 808 (Gavotte I) this one has 2 flats and is in 2/2 timing...**deer in headlights look** how the hell would I count that one...I've never played anything in 2/2 before... wait... is that the same as cut timing? I played a Disney tune a few years back... it was cut timing.. been too long to remember which tune it was... I'd have to dig out my old book... and it's in storage... ( I was only able to bring a few of my music books with me... and I miss my other ones!)

Dvorak: symphony No. 9, Op. 95 (IV)* this one has one sharp... looks promising...

Mozart: Symphony No. 40, K. 550 (I) this one has 2 flats... **sigh**
