This is my Memorial. My humvee is in front, we were lead, going on a patrol. This was taken in Baghdad while it was still light out. Later we were hit, and my gunner didn't make it back. He was a good kid and a great gunner, but it just wasn't his day. Many were lost, but he was the closest.
This day will always be "Jason's Day" for me.
