Resolved Merging Accounts

[HELLonWHEELS]

Is it possible to merge two accounts? I had been inactive for a little while and when I logged back in I was in an account I had forgotten I had. I'm not sure where to go with this issue? I prefer the HELLonWHEELS name, but would like my post history from the '187 account.

Account 1: HELLonWHEELS
Account 2: HELLonWHEELS187

Since you can change your username on this software, you can ask to have the "HELLonWHEELS" account disabled (the moderator can change the name on the account during this procedure), then log in to the 187 account and change the name to what you prefer. I am not aware of any current capability to merge accounts.

Ok, going forward let's do this. For security, contact the help desk (contact us link in footer), and let us know which account you'd like to use as a primary account, and which account you'd like merged into it. Make sure you tell us the email address associated with both accounts, so we can confirm ownership. I'm not doubting you specifically, but going forward we need to be careful as this merging is an irreversible action.
