Hey all, I have heard great things about the mesa boogie powerhouse cabs, but it seems like they are discontinued. Does anyone know if you can custom order from mesa boogie? Or is used the only option? If the latter is true, I would love if someone could post a link to some available listings. Specifically looking for the 8x10 and 4x12 models.

They have been discontinued for about 10 years. The only option is used, be sure everything works properly as the LF drivers are no longer available (we may have a few of one variant available, but very few)
A Few days ago, I just sold my Mesa boogie Titan with 2 Power house cabs, a 410 and 212 to my local guitar center to free up some cash to buy a subwoofer for our PA . All components were in excellent condition and had very little playing time on them and I think they would work quite well for you as they have never been pushed. They are at the Eugene Oregon guitar Center and might not even show up for sale for another day or two. Good luck.

The powerhouse 2x12 was my favorite cabinet ever… I paired it with a powerhouse 2x10 for larger stages. Oh, the urgent, present, potent goodness of the powerhouse cabs!!!
@agedhorse gives you good guidance here, they are long discontinued - and they are old school (heavy) - but they were the standard, and I will ever miss mine.
Rock hard while your back can handle it, then look to the Mesa Subway series later on down the road for ease of transport!

They have a build quality like no other and sound perfect!
I have owned several of every model except the 112 and 115
my personal favorites were the PH412 and the PH610.
I still see them used in great condition on Facebook marketplace among the usual sites as well.
I highly recommend them!
I would love to see Mesa make some sealed cabinets...and a Tube amp of course to complement their awesome subway series line which I do currently own and they are not going anywhere.

Glad I hung onto my 4x10, and replaced the drivers a few years ago while they were still around. Love it, but I never haul that fat slob to gigs anymore because of lighter modern options.
Hi Arch58, I never used that combo before but it would work fine ...The PH112 is rated for 300watts, if you run 2 of them with your D800 I believe if you set the impedance switch on the amp to 2 ohm, that will limit the output to 600 watts vs 800 watts...But I am not sure about that, need to read the manual again.
If you want 2 112's ...the subway 112 would be perfect since they are rated for 400 watts each and are only 33 lbs. each vs 48 lbs each for the PH112.
Even if you keep the selector on the back of the amp on 4 ohms, you will be fine as long as you do not dime the gain and volume knobs...lol..Conservative is key...

With reasonable expectations, and the impedance switch in the amp set to 2 ohms, you should be fine.
The amp’s rating decreases to ~300 watts at 8 ohms and ~600 watts at 4 ohms under this condition.
