Mesa/Boogie Titan V12 megathread!

That does make sense .
Still bummed
Is there a lesser amp i might find worth scavenging parts from?
As in what other amps utilize the Mesa misfits?
Assuming that is what mine might need.

Also, Mesa's service and repair finder age is busted...
Gonna call them on my lunchbreak
I know im probably beating a dead horse ( no offense intended AgedHorse lol )
But like has been said, its a damn fine sounding Amp, when it makes sound, that is
The problem is matching MOSFETs Vgs values, that’s why buying a donor unit isn’t a good idea… there are multiple Vgs matching ranges (I recall there being at least 5) which complicates things.

Scored a 2000watt 4ohm aluminum coned 810 cab! Says powered by Buggera on the grill and Behringer on the Jack plate.
Sounds earth shattering driven by my Ampeg SVT 7 Pro.

So on a whim, I decided to re-test the Titan head with this awesome cab...
This time the pre amp out works!
Had the FX send into the SVT return.

What do you guys think of trying to pull the pre amp out of the Mesa Chassis and setting up as a stand alone pre amp?
Id only do it if it was non destructive and reversible. Just in case parts/service ever becomes available again.
I could even put the preamp in a diamond plate box. Stay on brand
