Midnite Vultures - what a record!

i just keep coming back to midnite vultures year after year, it's such a FUN record. i smile constantly while listening to the hilarious lyrics and head nod while grooving to the excellent music backing them.

was it as fun making this record as it sounds? your playing is fantastic on this record too, all the tones are great, a seminal recording for me.

I just watched this interview which has a lot of great backstory to the MV record. And since I didn't really listen to Beck in the past I get to hear everything for the first time and am enjoying it quite a bit.
