Hey guys I recently got screwed over on a 5 string Fend JB because the truss rod was maxed and the action was similar to that of a stand up bass. Im wanting a Mighty Mite 5 J neck, but im worried about the quality, playability, all that good stuff. I'm wanting to compare it to a Mexican J neck, any help?

Mighty Mite 5J Neck

Well I have a Mighty Mite Maple 4 string P bass neck in my jazz bass project and for the price, the neck is awesome. Mine is super fast and super comfortable, best $100 I ever spent. I like the neck a lot more than my Mexican P bass neck.
They're excellent on mine. I mean for a little over $100 you can't go wrong. Only thing is you might need to file some wood off of the neck pocket for it to fit, I had to do that for mine.

Huh i thought those were real inlays, they look amazing, yeah i heard alot about the neck pocket thing but that seems like a small price to pay considering the cheapest fender 5 string neck on ebay is 500-600 bones.
