MIJ Fenders?

Thanks Kenjikun, I appreciate anything you tell me about it because besides your website, there's hardly any information out there on this bass.

^that's a great word to describe Guitar Shogun. AWESOME. Ken is a great guy too. He answered my correspondence quickly and kept me well informed during the whole purchasing process. He even CALLED me one night to let me know that the bass had been shipped. I certainly didn't expect that kind of service.

P.S. I was at a party when he called, and a bit drunk, and I think when he called that I said it was good to finally hear his voice. Open mouth insert foot. He totally took it in stride though. Very polite.

Sorry to hear that. I have found mine by setting up a google filter.

You can also find them on eBay if you look.

The issue with the Japanese is that they suck at foreign languages and also use a totally different type of alphabet and character set.

Therefore ordering direct from them is a pain.

Any Japanese Fender that you buy New will blow your doors off. I had a 57PB/US80 or some **** that was brand new. It really killed. I'm sorry I sold it. Had to fund a cabinet at the time. Wish I hadn't but I did and that is it.

Now I have an Aerodyne that I picked up in '05 and that bass really kicks ass. I won't part with it. Well made, Looks good and best of all it sounds great. P/J.

I really am having a tough time deciding on getting a new Japanese Fender Jazz or one of the New G&L Jazz basses. Both look sweet 'cept the G&L have more options to go along with the higher price. Plus I'd be buying American and I do like to keep the money here.
