This is a really nice M4V body built in 2004-2005 with a neck built in 2016. I liked the older neck so I swapped it onto a 2016 bass that Mike made for me. Mike has checked this bass over and this neck has been pleked. The neck is near new condition with faint string scratches on the frets, the body is in great condition but it has been played and has a few dings and scratches. The lower picture is of a knot in the wood on the front of the body, it's not obvious until you hold the bass at the right angle for the light to reflect off the finish.

The body is alder, the fingerboard is Indian rosewood. Neck width is 1.5" (J width) and the action is medium low and can go lower. The pickups are Mike's custom Fralin split coil humcancellers and the preamp is Mike's standard Bartolini with stacked treble and bass, the other controls are master volume, blend, and a passive tone control that pulls out for passive mode. Weight is just right at 8.5 lbs, comes in an early Mike Lull zippercase that's nicely fitted to the bass.
