    hah. I own 4 millenniums and a cirrus, and have in fact only played peavey basses for 12 years. It ain't me keepin the prices low.

  15. I like it. Some people like alder, some people like ash. They're both great tone woods. Some people like blocks, some people like dots. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

    I guess because I've never seen it done so drastically. Seems like it's over done.

    Price is a bit steep, considering what used Milleniums normally have gone for, but I want it just the same.;)
     
  18. They didn't, post Peavey mod. Definitely pretty steep price for something that has been modded.

    I like Peaveys and I like blocks but the particular combination in that auction just isn't doing it for me.
     
  20. Me either :eyebrow: Something seems strange to me. The photos are fuzzy. He also mentions the neck being birdseye maple. I don't see no birdseyes :ninja:

    IMHO, it clashes with the body wood :eek:

    If Doc Cheese really WUZ the man, he would buy it and report back to us on what the real deal is :p Electrical tape blocks or inlaid ebony :smug:
