Mint or Tort

I've changed out the bridge with a hipshot so the strings line up with the pup poles. Now I've changed out the mint pick guard for a tort. The color balance is a bit off as the pickguard looks a little pink, it isn't

The only good tort is Spitfire tort (or actual 60s tort). Everything else looks like cheap garbage.

It depends...I typically would choose tort. But that particular tort doesn't do it for me.
Also it depends on how many basses I already have with tort.
