Mixer and/or laptop stand(s)

What are you guys using for mixer, etc stands? I am looking for a stand that will compact down to fit in my mic stand case (48X12X12). I would really like to get something that folds up, and does not require assembly to set it back up. Lightweight would of course be a major plus.

I would also consider a mixer stand with a built in shelf for a laptop.

There's not much that's lighter or more compact than no stand at all.

For little gigs, I can rack an LMII or Mesa Walkabout head in a rack case or bag. The rack goes on a 2x12 bass cab, and a Mackie DL1608 (and wifi) sits on top of the rack.

The bag works a bit better than a rack case, since the mixer doesn't slide around on it. If I use the case, I put a rubber snare-drum mute pad b/w mixer and rack to keep everything grippy.

The rack handles work as strain-relief anchors for the snake fan.
