Modifying acoustic bass by adding a magnetic pickup and preamp

I have a Washburn AB45VSK 5 string acoustic bass and I am looking at modifying it by adding a Lace Sensor USAB slim magnetic pickup in front of the piezo bridge and a acoustic preamp on the side of body.(Similar to the Godin A5) What I want to do is wire the Lace Sensor pickup with the existing onboard 2 band EQ and also install an acoustic preamp for the piezo pickups on the side of the bass this way I can blend both pickups

I would like a few suggestions on 3 or 4 band preamps to use?

Thanks.
