Modo Bass 2 released

IK Multimedia's Modo Bass 2 just showed up in the IKM Product Manager. I prepaid weeks ago. Really looking forward to trying out the new fretless modeling. Two fretless basses and two AUBs. And you can make any of the other basses fretless!

Downloaded and installed. There goes the coming weekend! There are a bunch of YT videos on Modo Bass 2. Here's the one for the new fretless basses.

Yes, you use MIDI to play it. It's a modeling VSTi, which means it doesn't use samples. The new to v2 Patterns feature is SWEET. You can use the MIDI that comes with it, MIDI that you create yourself (via a piano roll, for example) or third party bass MIDI. The audio created by v2 (and v1 for that matter) is impressively good.
