Modulus Serial Numbers

Is there anyway of knowing to which year Modulus' serial numbers refer to?

I have a Modulus Flea Bass I'm not sure when it was made.

First 2 numbers seem to be the year of manufacture.... On both my 1995 Quantums in any case.

both start(ed) with 91. And every other one I have seen had the same sn/yr format.

resurrecting a zombie thread.

Trying to figure the year on my q5, s/n stamped into the neck is 000053
2nd serial number (I guess it's a s/n) on a sticker on the back of the headstock is 2894632

Any idea which to use??

First # is the serial number: Yours was the fifty-third bass built in the year 2000.

Second # is a price tag: Your bass originally sold for $2,894,632.00
