Modulus Sweetspot 5 Action Question

Is my action is too high on a 12th freet of my Modulus bass?

Welcome to TB (or at least your first post)!

It's only "too high" if you want it lower. That said, a composite neck should be able to go lower than most due to it's stability, and by that picture (and without knowing more details) it would appear as if it could be lowered some.

I've lowered the action as much as I could.
But I feel it can be lower. any comments?

I see what you mean.Your saddles are all the way down.What you need to do is shim the neck.A little bit can make a big difference.Start with piece of a business card by the heel of the neckpocket,that should give you the right angle of the neck and youl be able to make adjustments on the bridge again.

nope, it does not have a truss rod. the neck is straight and the bass sounds like a dream.

I just want to lower the action a bit more

Like gimmeagig said, you could try "shimming" the neck.
