Mono Neon Rig Rundown

It is great to hear MonoNeon interviewed. The man is a true intellectual and musical philosopher. He is smart and down to earth. He has the intellect of someone like Adam Neely, but unlike Neely, he doesn’t sound like the William F. Buckley of funky bass.
Really good interview. Good to see him opening up more. There was a girl who was a member here briefly, Deoindra Harrell, who suffered from severe social anxiety. She was an awesome bass player. Funk$tar was her TB tag.

I remember her. I often wonder how she is doing. Her playing was very inspiring. I miss her being here.

That's the way to make music!

Not really a funk fan, so I am not too into his music, but he certainly has the spirit of a true artist, and the exact right mindset towards creating music, and seemingly, despite his social anxiety (or maybe that is why, the world as it certainly doesn't make it easy to be you), being human as well.

Lovely!

Saw him tonight at the Olympia Funkfest. Super talented- came across as more fusion/prog than funk to me but what do I know?

Either way I really enjoyed his show!
