Monolith Magma Beta 1.0

@father of fires
hi,
the voltage at the holes on the pcb is 15+ respectively 15-. Your calculus refers to a series circuits of voltage sources, but this is not the case here.

i tested the Magma yesterday with my band. the hum is gone and the amp sounds great now! Check your Magmas, i am sure there a similarities on my case!

cheers

That is from almost a year ago. Yes, the preamp leaked DC voltage into the input of my PA and fried it. It was still under warranty and Peavey replaced like half the components in it cause they were gone. Great customer service on their side.

If the fuse had blown, the front LEDs wouldn't light up, no?

hi,
here some records i made ad the weekend. the soundquality of the vid is not very well, so i added a record of our drummer and me made together later in the morning. we used a digital interface, so the qualitiy is much better, please ignore WHAT we are playing, the beer was so smooth ad that evening/night/morning... ;)

p.s.: i play gibson sg an use a 8X10 ampeg bassbox and a 4X12 marshall box
