Monster Cable vs Guerilla Cable

A better cord= better sound, less humming, static, if I am not mistaken. Anybody try one of these?? :bassist:

I've owned one of those Guerilla Cables and it was better than a standard cable - it still eventually broke, though.

I just got a Monster Bass Cable and there's no way I'm going to break this thing! The beauty of it is if I do I can get a replacement. If it stops working under normal use I get a brand new one.

Any other good options out there?
He isn't taking any more orders at the moment for his hand made cables.

Contact Mark at Lava Cables. His site is www.lavacable.com. I just bought an X2 wireless cable from him. Ordered it Tues, had it on Sat. Excellent workmanship and fast turnaround. He has a large selection of cable brands and uses top quality connectors. His prices are very reasonable, but will vary depending on what cable brand you select.

Others on here have used him with great success and you won't have to wait a month or longer for your cable.

There are also a lot of good cables available for $ < Monster or other "better sound through marketing" boutique brands. Look for Whirlwind, Horizon, ProCo, and similar brands. Many of them have lifetime warranties but you probably won't need it (maybe that's a big reason why they cost less).
