Moses Graphite incommunicado

I've been trying to get a hold of Moses Graphite via email since early September. I've seen one or two other TBers having trouble getting through too. Has anyone heard from them? Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Thanks, I heard from them soon after I entered this post. Looks like I'll be one of the last ones to order a custom neck/bass from them. Should be done soon.
